Senior Manager of Public Relations

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Senior Manager of Public Relations will develop and execute marketing communication programs, manage client accounts, and nurture team growth while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the lead for a group of PR clients, developing media relations strategies and setting goals for industry-relevant placements
• Act as a mentor and coach for supporting staff, fostering a collaborative culture and driving employee engagement efforts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with mainstream and trade media, proactively identifying media opportunities for clients

Required qualifications

• Background in B2B public relations, particularly within financial services, fintech, or real estate technology sectors
• Experience in account management and media placement strategies
• Proven ability to craft press releases, media pitches, and strategic communications
• Strong understanding of industry trends and the ability to recommend communication strategies accordingly
• Experience mentoring and leading teams in a remote work environment
