Job Summary

Owning the operating infrastructure of the Care Delivery Quality, Training and Enablement organization, the full-time Senior Manager of Quality Operations will manage cross-functional initiatives, define OKRs, and drive process improvements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Design and maintain the execution rhythm of the QTE organization, ensuring alignment on priorities and tracking cross-functional commitments
  • Lead the OKR planning process and metrics reporting, translating strategic goals into measurable objectives and maintaining communication on progress and risks
  • Build and maintain the closed-loop quality-to-training process to ensure systematic capture and routing of issues identified through quality reviews
Required qualifications
  • 6-8 years of experience in operations or program management within a high-growth healthtech or complex service environment
  • Strong program management fundamentals, with experience in scoping projects, building plans, and tracking dependencies
  • Experience leading OKR and metrics cycles at the organization level, with a focus on meaningful measurement across multiple functions
  • Hands-on experience in executing operational plans and troubleshooting issues while managing multiple initiatives
  • Proven ability to design cross-functional workflows and drive stakeholder alignment and adoption
