Senior Manager of Quality Programs

Job Summary

To drive the next chapter of value-based care and population health performance, the full-time Senior Manager of Quality Programs will manage quality metric performance, coordinate cross-functional outreach, and ensure regulatory compliance in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design outreach calendars and provide clinically validated patient lists to streamline clinical care for members
• Monitor quality scores and manage milestones for NCQA re-accreditation and health equity initiatives
• Expand quality workflows and collaborate with clinical leadership to define intervention logic for rising-risk populations

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in healthcare operations, population health, or quality improvement
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams without direct line-management authority
• Experience managing complex, multi-phased projects focused on scaling operational workflows
• Strong proficiency with data tools, EHR systems, and spreadsheets for actionable outreach strategies
• Meticulous attention to detail for accurate internal documentation and tracking
