Senior Manager of Quoting

Job Summary

Leading the strategic and operational aspects of quoting and pricing, the full-time Senior Manager of Quoting will oversee pricing execution, governance, and process improvement while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end quoting and pricing strategy, ensuring alignment with financial objectives
• Develop and lead a high-performing quoting organization through talent optimization and performance management
• Direct day-to-day operations of the quoting function, focusing on efficiency, quality, and customer responsiveness

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Engineering, Operations, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
• 7-10+ years of progressive experience in quoting, pricing, or cost estimation within manufacturing
• Demonstrated senior-level people leadership experience, including developing managers
• Strong financial acumen with a deep understanding of manufacturing cost structures and pricing dynamics
• Proven ability to lead strategy and influence cross-functional stakeholders in fast-paced environments
