Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager of Reimbursement, this remote full-time position will manage NTAP implementation, provide reimbursement support for hospital settings, and engage in Health Economics and Outcomes Research activities to enhance product adoption and patient care.
Key responsibilities
- Provide expertise in billing and coding practices for hospitals, ensuring accurate reimbursement processes
- Collaborate with sales teams to support reimbursement efforts and facilitate product adoption in inpatient healthcare settings
- Analyze reimbursement data and trends to inform strategies and improve financial outcomes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in healthcare reimbursement, preferably with inpatient medical devices or pharmaceuticals
- In-depth knowledge of inpatient and outpatient coding and billing in a hospital setting
- Familiarity with reimbursement mechanisms such as NTAP
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex healthcare data effectively
