Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager of Reimbursement, this remote full-time position will manage NTAP implementation, provide reimbursement support for hospital settings, and engage in Health Economics and Outcomes Research activities to enhance product adoption and patient care.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide expertise in billing and coding practices for hospitals, ensuring accurate reimbursement processes
  • Collaborate with sales teams to support reimbursement efforts and facilitate product adoption in inpatient healthcare settings
  • Analyze reimbursement data and trends to inform strategies and improve financial outcomes
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in healthcare reimbursement, preferably with inpatient medical devices or pharmaceuticals
  • In-depth knowledge of inpatient and outpatient coding and billing in a hospital setting
  • Familiarity with reimbursement mechanisms such as NTAP
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex healthcare data effectively
