Job Summary

Leading a team of Relationship Managers, the full-time Senior Manager of Relationship Management will coach direct reports, drive commercial results, and enhance customer relationships while working remotely or from various U.S. locations.

Key responsibilities
  • Ensure customer-centric practices by prioritizing trust and relationship building over mere sales numbers
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions, business reviews, and provide constructive feedback to team members
  • Manage and achieve commercial targets related to product attach, upselling, and wallet share growth
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years in account management, customer success, or expansion sales, with at least 3 years in a management role
  • Experience in running experiments and iterating quickly in competitive environments
  • Strong coaching instincts and a proven track record of developing team members' careers
  • Proficiency in AI and automation, with experience in building native automations
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and rapport with teams and customers in fast-paced settings
