Senior Manager of Revenue Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Revenue Operations to build operational infrastructure and enhance go-to-market strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Revenue Operating Model, aligning various departments around measurable revenue outcomes
• Optimize the GTM tech stack and embed AI-driven automation into core business processes
• Establish a trusted single source of truth across GTM systems and analyze revenue discrepancies

Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations within a fast-growth B2B Financial or SaaS startup
• Hands-on experience managing a modern GTM tech stack, including Salesforce and AI/BI tools
• Experience designing and enforcing commercial governance frameworks and KPI scorecards
• Proven experience presenting complex insights to C-suite executives
• Undergraduate and/or graduate degree with an analytics-heavy major is a plus
