Senior Manager of Revenue Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Revenue Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the company's Revenue Operating Model to align various departments around measurable revenue outcomes
• Optimize the GTM tech stack, including Salesforce and related systems, while embedding AI-driven solutions into business processes
• Establish a single source of truth across GTM systems and analyze revenue discrepancies through data reconciliation and automated tracking solutions

Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related role in a fast-growth B2B Financial or SaaS startup
• Hands-on experience managing a modern GTM tech stack and familiarity with AI and BI tools
• Proven ability to design and enforce commercial governance frameworks and KPI scorecards
• Strong executive communication skills and experience presenting insights to C-suite executives
• Undergraduate and/or graduate degree with an analytics-heavy major is a plus
