Job Summary

To build and lead the operational foundation for Key Account Management and Customer Success organizations, the full-time Senior Manager of Revenue Operations will create processes and frameworks for renewal forecasting, revenue metrics, and pipeline management while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end renewal forecasting process and establish performance metrics such as Net Revenue Retention and Gross Revenue Retention
  • Monitor and analyze the renewal and expansion pipeline to provide leadership with real-time visibility into pipeline health and at-risk accounts
  • Develop frameworks for identifying at-risk renewals and operationalize escalation paths to connect field risk signals to internal resources
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Customer Success Operations within a B2B SaaS or subscription business
  • Proven track record of building operational processes from scratch in high-growth environments
  • Experience with retention and expansion metrics, including NRR and GRR
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce CRM and advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
