Job Summary
To support a growing go-to-market organization, the full-time Senior Manager of Revenue Operations will design and scale a modern revenue operating system, leveraging HubSpot CRM and AI-enabled workflows to enhance operational efficiency and data visibility in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the strategic owner of HubSpot CRM, designing workflows and optimizing systems to support Sales and Marketing
- Implement AI-powered workflows to improve team effectiveness and reduce manual processes
- Build reporting and insights to provide actionable visibility into pipeline health and business performance
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, or Sales Operations
- Deep expertise with HubSpot CRM, including workflows, automation, and reporting
- Experience in designing scalable operational processes that enhance business efficiency
- Demonstrated success in leveraging AI and automation to improve workflows
- Familiarity with modern GTM and operational tools such as ChatGPT, Gong, or Zapier preferred
