Job Summary
Owning the revenue operations function, the full-time Senior Manager of Revenue Operations will build analytical foundations, planning infrastructure, and AI-native systems to drive scalable revenue while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Build the revenue analytics foundation, including pipeline analytics and performance measurement, to drive process changes
- Develop and manage the GTM operating system, ensuring defensible decision-making through CRM architecture and data infrastructure
- Operationalize account intelligence by transforming market signals and customer data into actionable insights and strategies
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM strategy within tech-enabled services or SaaS businesses
- Proven ability to create and manage revenue data systems and dashboards that drive actionable insights
- Experience in running planning cycles, including territory management and quota modeling, independently
- Strong instincts for CRM architecture and data quality, with experience in designing or re-architecting CRM systems
- Demonstrated ability to document and systematize revenue processes for repeatability and scalability
