Job Summary

Owning the revenue operations function, the full-time Senior Manager of Revenue Operations will build analytical foundations, planning infrastructure, and AI-native systems to drive scalable revenue while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Build the revenue analytics foundation, including pipeline analytics and performance measurement, to drive process changes
  • Develop and manage the GTM operating system, ensuring defensible decision-making through CRM architecture and data infrastructure
  • Operationalize account intelligence by transforming market signals and customer data into actionable insights and strategies
Required qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM strategy within tech-enabled services or SaaS businesses
  • Proven ability to create and manage revenue data systems and dashboards that drive actionable insights
  • Experience in running planning cycles, including territory management and quota modeling, independently
  • Strong instincts for CRM architecture and data quality, with experience in designing or re-architecting CRM systems
  • Demonstrated ability to document and systematize revenue processes for repeatability and scalability
