Job Summary
Strategically leading a team of Revenue Operations professionals, the full-time Senior Manager of Revenue Operations will optimize systems and processes, drive revenue growth, and partner with various departments in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Revenue Operations roadmap in alignment with company objectives, identifying operational bottlenecks and recommending scalable solutions
- Design and continuously improve end-to-end go-to-market processes, ensuring efficiency and an exceptional customer experience
- Manage the Revenue technology ecosystem, including system administration, workflow automation, and data governance
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations within a high-growth SaaS organization
- 4+ years of people leadership experience with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams
- Deep expertise in administering and optimizing HubSpot CRM
- Strong understanding of subscription SaaS business models and recurring revenue metrics
- Proven ability to manage multiple integrated GTM systems and automation platforms
