Senior Manager of Risk Management

Job Summary

Focused on ensuring control management is embedded in daily operations, the full-time Senior Manager of Risk Management will collaborate extensively across business units to identify, assess, and mitigate risks while supporting compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide identification of risks throughout business processes and systems in collaboration with business process owners
• Facilitate risk assessments and testing programs to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards
• Manage control monitoring and compile key operational risk trends to support informed decision-making by senior management

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in operational risk management, preferably within a Risk and/or Internal Audit function
• Understanding of critical operational risk management lifecycle activities
• Experience in process governance with knowledge of aligning processes with policies and regulatory frameworks
• Robust analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and evaluate risk scenarios effectively
• Excellent project management and interpersonal skills
