Senior Manager of RTR

Job Summary

Senior Manager of RTR, seeking a full-time professional to lead SAP ERP initiatives in finance and accounting systems, ensuring end-to-end ownership of RTR capabilities and managing vendor relationships for system enhancements and operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the SAP ERP RTR product portfolio and lead system enhancements and transformation initiatives
• Serve as the primary liaison between IT and business stakeholders, translating business needs into technical solutions
• Manage external vendors to ensure timely delivery and coordinate cross-functional teams for system integrations

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience leading complex SAP ERP initiatives and managing vendors
• Deep hands-on experience with SAP ERP, particularly in finance modules
• Strong understanding of Record-to-Report (RTR) processes, including Financial Accounting, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable
• Experience with enterprise system integrations, such as payroll and banking interfaces
• Experience working closely with finance and accounting teams
