- 2+ years of experience in managing or leading a team
- Ability to maintain safety as a priority and remain calm under pressure
- Experience in managing cross-functional projects with defined success metrics
- Intermediate Excel skills for performance management and decision-making
- Open to feedback and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
