  • 2+ years of experience in managing or leading a team
  • Ability to maintain safety as a priority and remain calm under pressure
  • Experience in managing cross-functional projects with defined success metrics
  • Intermediate Excel skills for performance management and decision-making
  • Open to feedback and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
