Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in asset protection, safety, loss prevention, or security operations
• Experience in scaling safety or loss prevention programs across multiple sites
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and physical security systems
• Proven experience in leading investigations and site risk assessments
• Highly analytical and comfortable using data for risk decision-making
