Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Senior Manager of Sales Analytics, this remote position will manage analytics and reporting for the healthcare professional sales team, focusing on forecasting, performance diagnostics, and territory optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support sales business review meetings by providing analysis and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Deliver proactive recommendations on sales strategies, targeting, and territory alignment to key stakeholders
- Manage sales force reporting and data visualization, operationalizing KPIs and creating performance reports and dashboards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree; advanced degree in business analytics, statistics, or a quantitative discipline preferred
- 5+ years of experience in an analytical role, preferably in sales analytics within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
- Experience with pharmaceutical claims data sources such as Definitive Healthcare or IQVIA
- Strong SQL and BI tool experience, particularly with Looker or Tableau
- Proven ability to deliver results in a cross-functional team environment
