Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Sales Enablement to design and lead programs that enhance sales team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute enablement programs aligned with go-to-market priorities and mentor team members
- Build scalable onboarding programs and ongoing training to ensure rapid ramp-up and sustained performance

Required Qualifications

- Ability to create scalable onboarding and continuous learning programs
- Proficiency in CRM systems and enablement platforms for analytics and optimization
- Skilled in driving behavioral change and tool adoption across distributed teams
