Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, manage, and mentor a high-performing Sales Engineering team
- Develop and implement process frameworks and methodologies for the Sales Engineering team
- Oversee collaboration with Account Executives to develop solution strategies for enterprise prospects
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in enterprise consulting, solution architecture, or pre-sales engineering, preferably in SaaS
- 3+ years of experience managing and mentoring technical pre-sales teams
- Deep understanding of business processes and workflow optimization
- Proven ability to oversee technical design, including data models and integrations
- Hands-on experience with SaaS solution configuration and implementation
