Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, manage, and mentor a high-performing Sales Engineering team
  • Develop and implement process frameworks and methodologies for the Sales Engineering team
  • Oversee collaboration with Account Executives to develop solution strategies for enterprise prospects
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years in enterprise consulting, solution architecture, or pre-sales engineering, preferably in SaaS
  • 3+ years of experience managing and mentoring technical pre-sales teams
  • Deep understanding of business processes and workflow optimization
  • Proven ability to oversee technical design, including data models and integrations
  • Hands-on experience with SaaS solution configuration and implementation
