Job Summary

Owning the strategy and execution of paid search performance, the full-time remote Senior Manager of Search Performance will manage Google Ads and Microsoft/Bing campaigns to drive efficient new-shopper acquisition while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize creative and performance metrics.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the strategy and execution of paid search and intent-based performance across Google Ads and Microsoft/Bing, focusing on budget pacing and performance metrics
  • Drive growth in new shoppers while optimizing cost-per-first-time shopper on high-CPA channels through data-driven decision-making
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop and iterate performance-focused assets, and design a continuous experimentation roadmap for campaign optimization
Required qualifications
  • 5-8 years of hands-on paid media experience with expertise in Google Ads and auction-driven buying
  • Proven track record of managing significant paid budgets and achieving user acquisition targets
  • Strong analytical skills with fluency in metrics such as CPA, CPC, and ROAS
  • Experience in designing and executing A/B and incrementality tests
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Product, Creative, and Finance
