Senior Manager of SEC Reporting

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of SEC Reporting to oversee financial reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct the preparation and filing of all SEC reports and ensure compliance with regulations
• Develop and maintain procedures for financial reporting and internal controls
• Lead and mentor a team while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) preferred
• 7-10 years of experience in SEC reporting and financial reporting, including leadership experience
• Extensive knowledge of US GAAP and SEC regulations
• Experience working with external auditors
