Senior Manager of SEO & GEO

Job Summary

Leading the evolution of organic discovery, the full-time Senior Manager of SEO & GEO will develop and execute strategies for traditional search engines and AI-powered platforms, enhancing visibility and driving customer acquisition in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the global organic discovery strategy across traditional and AI-driven platforms
• Define and operationalize the Generative Engine Optimization strategy to improve product visibility in AI-assisted environments
• Lead technical SEO initiatives to enhance site performance, authority, and content strategy across diverse audiences

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in SEO, organic growth, or search strategy leadership
• Deep technical SEO expertise with a proven track record of scaling organic growth
• Strong understanding of content strategy, authority building, and search intent
• Experience with AI-driven discovery and emerging search experiences
• Familiarity with enterprise SEO and analytics tools such as Google Search Console and Semrush
