Senior Manager of SIOP

Job Summary

Driving demand forecasts and production planning processes, the full-time Senior Manager of SIOP will lead the end-to-end SIOP strategy remotely, ensuring alignment across sales, operations, and inventory management to optimize business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the development and continuous improvement of the SIOP Planning process to align with business goals
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create accurate demand forecasts and manage production and capacity planning
• Implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce costs while meeting customer demands

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree or professional certification is a plus
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or planning, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience in implementing SIOP/IBP processes in a manufacturing environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data and make data-driven decisions
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills; experience with advanced SIOP or demand planning software is a plus
