Senior Manager of Site Reliability Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Senior Manager of Site Reliability Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in hands-on engineering tasks, including developing deployments, tooling, and automation scripts
• Oversee leadership duties such as mentoring engineers and managing escalations
• Act as the primary contact for complex technical issues and ensure quality standards are met

Required Qualifications

• 9+ years in Systems Engineering and Architecture
• 9+ years in Cloud Computing, specifically with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• 9+ years of experience with Infrastructure-as-Code, particularly Terraform and Ansible
• Proven track record in SLA and Issue Management
• Experience in team leadership and managing teams of 6-8 contributors
