Senior Manager of Site Reliability Engineering

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time Senior Manager of Site Reliability Engineering will oversee incident management and ensure the reliability of critical business processes within a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Site Reliability Engineers, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Architect observability across complex business processes and manage the Major Incident Response process for corporate systems
• Collaborate with business owners to define Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and drive proactive engineering initiatives

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Production Engineering, with at least 2 years in a management role
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay cycles and their impact on business operations
• Experience managing enterprise ecosystems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Workday
• Proficiency in tools like Datadog, Splunk, New Relic, or Prometheus
• Solid knowledge of Networking, Identity Management, and Endpoint Management
