Senior Manager of Site Reliability Engineering
Job Summary
Leading a high-performing team, the full-time Senior Manager of Site Reliability Engineering will architect business continuity for critical lifecycles, ensuring the resilience and scalability of the global SaaS ecosystem while transitioning from reactive support to proactive engineering.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Site Reliability Engineers, fostering a culture of accountability and growth
- Architect observability across business processes and define Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for SaaS integrations
- Own the Major Incident Response process and lead Root Cause Analysis to promote continuous learning and reduce operational toil
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Production Engineering, with at least 2 years in a management role
- Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay cycles, with experience managing enterprise ecosystems like NetSuite and Workday
- Proficient in Networking (SD-WAN, VPNs), Identity Management (IAM), and Endpoint Management
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Datadog, Splunk, New Relic, or Prometheus
- Ability to communicate technical risks effectively to non-technical stakeholders
