Job Summary
To drive the activation of the enterprise skills framework, the full-time remote Senior Manager of Skills Strategy will manage the integration of skills into talent and learning processes while leading a team focused on skills enablement and learning operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the activation and scaling of the enterprise skills framework across HR and business processes
- Develop and oversee a skills governance model to ensure alignment with business strategy and data quality
- Manage learning technology platforms and operations, ensuring effective integration with skills development initiatives
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in learning, talent, workforce strategy, or organizational development
- Demonstrated experience in skills-based projects related to HR initiatives such as recruitment and internal mobility
- Strong people leadership experience with a focus on developing managers or senior professionals
- Experience with learning technology and operations in a complex organization
- Proven ability to translate strategy into practical, scalable execution
