Senior Manager of Software Engineering

Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers, the full-time Senior Manager of Software Engineering will design and develop .NET services for a fintech platform, focusing on AI capabilities while working remotely in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of .NET services supporting both transactional and analytical workloads
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, ensuring end-to-end delivery of features
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI-enabled features and drive best practices in code quality and production readiness

Required qualifications

• 8-12 years of backend engineering experience with strong expertise in .NET/C#
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams while remaining hands-on
• Solid background in building distributed systems for transactional and analytical workloads
• 1-2+ years of experience with AI/ML or Generative AI solutions
• Good understanding of data consistency, fault tolerance, scalability, and performance tuning
