Job Summary

Leading a team of experienced claims adjusters, the fully remote Senior Manager of Specialized Claims will oversee high exposure and complex claims, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure effective claims handling aligned with organizational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily oversight of operations to ensure effective claims handling and alignment with corporate strategies
• Monitor team performance through file reviews, data analysis, and customer feedback to enhance quality and efficiency
• Coach, mentor, and develop claims professionals while managing staffing recommendations and performance-related actions

Required qualifications

• Extensive experience in managing high exposure and complex claims
• Strong technical expertise in specialized claims areas, including litigation strategies and outside counsel management
• Proven leadership skills with experience in coaching and developing teams
• Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including defense attorneys and underwriters
• Experience in data analysis and performance monitoring related to claims operations
