Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Sponsored Programs to oversee research development operations in a hybrid/remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the administration of the Internal Awards Program and manage internal award staff
• Provide pre- and post-award support for externally sponsored accounts, including budget review and compliance oversight
• Coordinate communications and meetings to ensure effective program execution and faculty engagement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of business and management principles
• Ability to direct and evaluate department operations
