Senior Manager of Statistics

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Statistics (office based or remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide statistical leadership for clinical trial design, analysis, and reporting
• Independently develop protocols and statistical analysis plans, ensuring accuracy in data for statistical analysis
• Collaborate with multifunction teams and support communications between product teams and functional management

Required Qualifications

• MS in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a related field with 8+ years of experience, or PhD with 4+ years of experience
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and drug development processes
• High degree of technical competence in statistical methodologies
• Proven ability to manage project timelines and deliver high-quality outputs
• Strong leadership skills and experience in managing cross-functional teams
