Senior Manager of Storytelling

Job Summary

To support a growing communications strategy, the full-time Senior Manager of Storytelling will oversee narrative change initiatives, develop strategic content, and manage media relations while working remotely across the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute storytelling strategies, including writing blog posts, managing social media, and producing newsletters
• Lead PR and media relations efforts, crafting op-eds and building relationships with journalists to enhance visibility
• Supervise the digital communications coordinator and collaborate with the communications team to ensure cohesive messaging

Required Qualifications

• Relevant undergraduate degree
• 3+ years of experience in a communications role focused on storytelling
• 3+ years of managerial experience, including supervising staff
• Experience working with journalists and media outlets
• Proven ability to create compelling written content across various channels
