Job Summary

To support strategic growth initiatives, the full-time Senior Manager of Strategic Accounts will manage client relationships, drive revenue retention and growth, and ensure operational excellence in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the senior point of contact for assigned strategic accounts, building strong relationships at various leadership levels
  • Drive revenue retention and growth through upselling, cross-selling, and pipeline development within existing accounts
  • Conduct Quarterly and Annual Business Reviews, preparing strategic updates and monitoring account performance trends
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 7 years of strategic account management experience in a B2B environment
  • Experience managing relationships with Fortune 100 and/or Fortune 500 organizations
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms such as Salesforce
  • Experience in the security industry or managed services is a plus
