Senior Manager of Strategic Finance

Job Summary

Partnering with the Chief Financial Officer, the full-time Senior Manager of Strategic Finance will drive financial planning, enhance strategic finance systems, and conduct financial analytics in a remote role focused on improving decision-making processes across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive global budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Improve tools and processes for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, incorporating AI and automation
• Conduct financial analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across various programs

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a similar environment
• Exceptional skills with spreadsheets and dashboards, with a focus on AI and automation
• Strong analytical capabilities to generate insights and drive decisions
• Experience in structuring ambiguous problems and aligning stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of outcomes and prioritize effectively
