Senior Manager of Strategic Initiatives

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager of Strategic Initiatives CLC.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives for Canada & the Caribbean, managing stakeholder relationships
• Build and support a Strategic Initiatives team for the CLC region
• Develop business cases with quantitative analysis and actionable recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Business Administration, Engineering, or a relevant field; MBA is a plus
• 10-12 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or process management
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven recommendations
• Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
