Senior Manager of Strategic Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Planning & Operations Senior Manager to support the Rare Disease Therapeutic Area Leadership Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support strategy development, goal setting, and execution of organizational plans
• Generate reports, dashboards, and presentations on business performance
• Oversee functional budget planning and resource tracking in alignment with global processes

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of related experience in a biopharma setting, or equivalent experience with lower degrees
• MBA, PhD, PharmD, or Master's Degree with 10 years of work experience in lab sciences and biopharmaceutical industry
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and organizational change initiatives
• Strong influencing and negotiating skills across different organizational levels
• Demonstrated management experience including developing and mentoring staff
