Key Responsibilities

Identify and champion high-impact automation and AI opportunities while designing scalable operational models
Conduct deep diagnostics into departmental issues to identify root causes and gaps
Translate executive requests into detailed business requirement documents with clear metrics and criteria

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 8+ years in business operations, strategic planning, or digital transformation
Deep understanding of the SaaS "Lead-to-Cash" lifecycle and its interdependencies
Proven experience in a strategic consulting role or a "Center of Excellence" environment
Functional understanding of CRM (Salesforce) and ERP (NetSuite) concepts
MBA or equivalent professional experience in Business Administration or Technology Management
