Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end performance of strategic partnerships, the full-time Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships will be responsible for P&L management, driving growth, and enhancing relationships with external stakeholders in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full P&L responsibility for partnerships, focusing on revenue, margin, and growth targets
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner with external partners, ensuring alignment across commercial and operational levels
  • Define and execute growth roadmaps, translating partnership goals into operating plans with clear KPIs and performance metrics
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or related fields with P&L ownership
  • Proven track record of managing and growing complex commercial relationships post-launch
  • Strong commercial and analytical acumen, comfortable with forecasting and data-driven decision-making
  • Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams
  • Outstanding relationship management and executive communication skills, particularly with senior stakeholders
