Job Summary
Leading the intake and onboarding of external partners, the full-time Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships will evaluate and formalize relationships that enhance CLEAResult's capabilities while collaborating across various departments to ensure commercially sound solutions in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the evaluation and onboarding processes for external partners to address capability gaps
- Negotiate and document commercial agreements with national strategic partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure partner solutions are ready for delivery in CLEAResult's portfolios
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in energy efficiency, renewable energy, or related fields
- Proven track record in building and managing strategic partnerships
- Experience with negotiating and managing commercial agreements such as MSAs and NDAs
- Strong understanding of demand side management and energy solutions in regulated markets
- Bachelor's degree in business, environmental science, energy analysis, engineering, economics, or a related analytical field preferred
