Job Summary
Owning top-tier restaurant relationships, the full-time Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships will manage key external stakeholder interactions, drive partner retention and satisfaction, and serve as a central point of connectivity across the American Express Global Dining organization.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of restaurant partners, ensuring strong relationship management and satisfaction
- Act as a center of excellence for projects impacting restaurant partners, collaborating with internal teams to align business goals
- Engage with B2B and B2C marketing to advocate for restaurant partner needs and drive industry partnerships
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in partnership management roles
- Bachelor's Degree or comparable experience and/or certifications
- Expertise in the hospitality and restaurant industry
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; prior experience with Salesforce preferred
- Demonstrated ability to influence and drive results in a global, cross-functional environment
