Job Summary

Driving high-priority strategic programs, the full-time Senior Manager of Strategic Planning will oversee complex workstreams, ensure alignment and delivery of strategic objectives, and collaborate across multiple business lines and operational functions in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee high-priority strategic programs, ensuring alignment and delivery against ambitious objectives
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and facilitate cross-functional alignment to support critical priorities
• Develop executive-level communications and presentations that synthesize complex information for leadership decisions

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience in health care, insurance, or a related field
• A minimum of 5 years of experience with strategic business planning or program/project management
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation
• Strong executive communication skills for delivering concise messaging to senior leadership
• Demonstrated ability to drive strategic planning and execution oversight consistently
