Senior Manager of Strategic Projects

Job Summary

Leading critical initiatives, the full-time Senior Manager of Strategic Projects will manage strategic planning and execution, collaborate with senior leadership, and drive business model innovation while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Supports the planning and execution of the 3-year strategic plan for U.S. Sales, addressing strategic issues through scenario modeling and agile methodologies
• Acts on behalf of the Chief Customer Officer (CCO) to drive decision-making and progress across teams, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Develops frameworks to evaluate business model innovation initiatives and steers the execution of strategic projects, including stakeholder management and progress tracking

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in business, analytics, marketing, or a related field desirable
• Minimum 10 years of experience in strategy, consulting, executive communications, and/or commercial operator roles
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering critical commercial projects in various organizations
• Advanced analytical capabilities and comfort with data visualization tools
• Proven project management skills with a history of driving complex projects across broad teams
