Senior Manager of Strategic Sourcing

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager - Strategic Sourcing to optimize their Sourcing team and deliver results on complex business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead contract negotiations and cost reduction initiatives with key suppliers
• Design and implement best-practice sourcing strategies to meet cost savings targets
• Analyze spend data to identify new opportunities and enhance existing contracts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain and/or Finance
• 7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, including vendor and contract management
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
• Experience in financial analysis and business case development
• Ability to forge positive stakeholder relationships
