Senior Manager of Study Oversight

Job Summary

Managing FSP resources, the full-time remote Senior Manager of Study Oversight will ensure quality and compliance in clinical trials while serving as a key contact for supplier-related concerns and overseeing performance metrics.

Key responsibilities:

• Mentor and support the professional development of Study Oversight Managers
• Manage FSP supplier resource allocation and performance from study startup to close-out
• Identify and resolve quality and trial delivery issues, ensuring effective collaboration with stakeholders

Required qualifications:

• Doctorate degree with 2 years of clinical execution experience, or Master's degree with 6 years, or Bachelor's degree with 8 years, or Associate's degree with 10 years, or High school diploma/GED with 12 years of clinical execution experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience directly managing people or leading teams
• Experience in clinical research within a biopharmaceutical or CRO environment
• Understanding of local regulatory requirements for global clinical trials
• Proven ability to manage multiple teams across various clinical functions
