Senior Manager of Supply Chain

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, DTC Supply Chain Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own forecasting, purchasing, and inventory strategy to ensure product availability and cost efficiency
• Oversee fulfillment operations and 3PL performance, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to SLAs
• Monitor and report on key operational metrics related to inventory health and fulfillment costs

Qualifications:

• 8+ years in operations, supply chain, fulfillment, or purchasing roles, preferably in DTC or eCommerce
• Proven experience managing 3PLs and optimizing fulfillment processes
• Strong analytical skills with experience in building dashboards and modeling costs
• Project management experience and comfort with vendor timelines and system rollouts
• Experience managing a small team or cross-functional contributors is preferred
