Senior Manager of Systems Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Operations Senior Manager to oversee technology operations for Equipment Finance and Vendor Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure production stability, availability, and performance across the EF/VF application portfolio
• Lead incident response and crisis management, making critical decisions during production incidents
• Define and enforce governance and change management standards across EF/VF platforms

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of Systems Engineering and Technology Architecture experience
• 3+ years of management or leadership experience
• 6+ years in technology operations, production support, or platform management
• 5+ years of experience in incident, problem, and change management within regulated environments
• 3+ years of experience with modern DevOps/SRE methodologies
