Required Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Operations, with 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Experience managing and optimizing ATS platforms and recruiting tools
  • Deep understanding of the recruiting lifecycle and best practices
  • Expertise in global employment policy, compliance, and employment law
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
