Job Summary
To lead talent strategy and enhance employee experience, the full-time Senior Manager of Talent Development will design and implement talent management and learning programs while managing a small team in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Own and evolve the performance management framework and annual review processes
- Design and lead talent review, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives
- Build and deliver learning and development content tailored for various employee levels
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience with expertise in talent management and learning development
- Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering L&D content and programs
- Proven ability to build programs from concept to implementation
- Experience facilitating talent reviews and succession planning with senior leaders
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
