Job Summary

To lead talent strategy and enhance employee experience, the full-time Senior Manager of Talent Development will design and implement talent management and learning programs while managing a small team in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and evolve the performance management framework and annual review processes
  • Design and lead talent review, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives
  • Build and deliver learning and development content tailored for various employee levels
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience with expertise in talent management and learning development
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering L&D content and programs
  • Proven ability to build programs from concept to implementation
  • Experience facilitating talent reviews and succession planning with senior leaders
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
