Job Summary
Leading enterprise-level talent initiatives, the full-time Senior Manager of Talent Management will oversee complex programs, translate talent strategy into actionable plans, and collaborate with HR Business Partners and business leaders in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Own and lead complex talent initiatives, assessing effectiveness and adapting to business needs
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and change management efforts to ensure alignment and adoption
- Provide functional team leadership, including setting priorities and ensuring quality of outputs
Required qualifications
- 8-12 years of relevant experience in talent management, learning & development, or human resources
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder programs with broad organizational impact
- Strong diagnostic and analytical capabilities, integrating data and business context for decision-making
- Proven ability to influence leaders and partners without relying solely on formal authority
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; advanced education is a plus
