Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Talent Operations to build and scale the operational backbone of their recruiting function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and scale recruiting frameworks and processes
  • Lead and develop a team of Talent Coordinators, ensuring high performance and strong candidate experience
  • Own end-to-end recruiting operations including scheduling, workflows, and process consistency
Required Qualifications
  • Experience leading recruiting operations or talent coordination in a scaling environment
  • Player coach mentality with the ability to lead from the front
  • Strong systems mindset with hands-on experience managing ATS and tooling
  • Proven ability to improve processes and drive operational efficiency
  • Experience managing or mentoring team members
