Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Talent Operations to build and scale the operational backbone of their recruiting function.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and scale recruiting frameworks and processes
- Lead and develop a team of Talent Coordinators, ensuring high performance and strong candidate experience
- Own end-to-end recruiting operations including scheduling, workflows, and process consistency
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading recruiting operations or talent coordination in a scaling environment
- Player coach mentality with the ability to lead from the front
- Strong systems mindset with hands-on experience managing ATS and tooling
- Proven ability to improve processes and drive operational efficiency
- Experience managing or mentoring team members
